Witting Assesment A has got good use of negative language as well as the verb endings however need to be correct to achieve the higher grades therfore I would give this piece:-
ReplyDeleteCommunication and content- 14 (This piece sticks to the point the whole way through the text and has some nice language and extra bits and pieces which makes the piece flow nicely.
Knowledge and application of language- 8 (A wide range of vocabulary and good use of negatives and other good langugae however some of the time the tenses were used incorrectly)
Accuracy- 4 (The verb endings need imporving but appart from that a good piece of work)
Overall- 6b
I think that both writing assessments A and B had a really good use of interesting vocab, but they both needed to make sure that they used the correct endings when writing it.

13/15 for communication and content because i think that it had a good variety of very interesting comments and ideas. i especially liked the part about going to the USA next year.
8/10 for knowledge and application of language because i think that mostly she knows what she's doing, there are a few mistakes but only on the endings of the words.
4/5 for accuracy because you were very accurate.

Writing assesment A:
ReplyDeleteHas a good range of vocab, and uses some nice phrases.
Communication and Content - 13/ 15 - Shows a clear ability to narrate, descibe, and express opinions. It also links nicely, and is detailed.
Knowlede and Aplication of Language - 7 /10 - There is a wide range of vocabulary used, and some negative, however in some cases the tenses were not used correctly.
Accuracy - 4/5, most verb endings were correct, however improvement needs to be made in some cases.
Overall mark: 24/30
Writing assesment B:
Communcation and Content - 8/15 - Relevant information, and a good attempt at linking the piece into a whole.
Knowledge and Application of language - 6/10 - The use of voacabulary and structures, are generally appropriate, however use a better range of adjectives to expand.
Accuracy - 3/5 - Mostly accurate, however agreements, and consistancy of verb forms need to be improved.
Total: 17/30
Writing assesment C:
A very good piece of writing :)
Communication and Content - 14 /15 - Very detailed, and relevant response to the subject.
Knowledge and application of language - 9/10 - Good use of tenses. Excellent range of vocabulary, and it is very fluent.
Accuracy - 5/5 - Very accurate with just the occasional error. Spelling, agreements, genders and verb forms are very accurate.
Total: 28/30

Knowledge and applicattion of language - 7/10; it had quite a wide range of vocab the tenses were good, but there were a few mistakes.
Accuracy - 4/5; fairly accurate, but there were a few mistakes with the verb endings, your spelling was also fairly accurate.

Assessment A: good fluency, with detail and good opinions used.
ReplyDeleteCommunication and Content - 11/15; a couple of mistakes and a fair amount of opinions included. Some mistakes but was easy to understand and clear.
Knowledge + Application of Language - 8/10; altogether tenses were mainly in the right place with a good range of vocab. Again, a couple of mistakes but a good knowledge.
Accuracy - 4/5; words were spelt and put in the right place correctly most of the time but a few minor mistakes with the verb endings occasionally.
Overall - 23/30

A - Communication/Content: 12/15, it has basic dialogue used correctly and some added phrases and opinions. It was easy to read with only a few mistakes.
ReplyDeleteKnowledge/Application: 7/10, a few incorrect phrases andf the writer didn't seem 100% sure of what they were writing it seemed.
Accuracy: 3/5, accurate in most cases, but too many mistakes overall for a higher mark.
B - Content/Communication: 9/15, used correctly for the majority but very simple and textbook-style language.
Knowledge/Application: 5/10, many mistakes with very simple sentences/phrases, such easy language should be used correctly.
Accuracy: 4/5, fairly accurate with a few mistakes regarding tenses.
C - Content/Communication: 14/15, used a very good variety of language, very personalised piece of text. Perhaps could have used an even wider range of phrases?
Knowledge/Application: 10/10, obviously very throughly revised tenses, and a great understanding of vocabulary and phrases.
Accuracy: 4/5, I can only notice two mistakes, aside from that, all correct!
